Delegates began the day before dawn, boarding buses at 6:00am for an early morning journey to PLTS Cirata in West Java. The reward for the early start was immidiate: a USD 145 million view of Southeast Asia’s largetst floating solar installation, streching across 250 hectares of the Cirata Reservoir.
