CAUSINDY goes online in 2020
During the COVID-19 pandemic, it is more important than ever that young people in Australia and Indonesia remain connected as a community. In 2020, CAUSINDY has hosted a mini-series of online panel discussions that take a look at how sectors in Indonesia and Australia have adapted to the rapidly changing landscapes as a result of COVID-19. We have heard from experts from the arts and education industries discussing the themes of adaptability and resilience, as well as facilitating a discussion amongst ASEAN youth organisations to explore the challenges and opportunities to maintaining strong and positive international connections.
CAUSINDY Online consists of four online webinars – on the topics of Arts, Education, ASEAN, and Gender and Women’s Empowerment. Listen on demand to the first three panels via Spotify or YouTube, and keep an eye on CAUSINDY social media and our website for updates about our final panel for 2020.
In times of hardship, the arts is the industry we turn to distract, comfort and guide us.
Education delivery has changed dramatically, and teachers and students alike are finding new solutions.
International travel is still off the cards, but emerging leaders throughout the ASEAN region are striving to stay connected.
Gender and Women’s Empowerment
In the final entry in our webinar series, gender and women’s empowerment are on the cards.
