CAUSINDY gathers dozens of young leaders from across Australia and Indonesia to spearhead change and progress in the bilateral relationship.

Delegates hear from established leaders in fields as diverse as politics, trade, education and technology. They attend panel discussions and participate in a range of special events including excursions, cultural immersion activities, a gala dinner and site visits.

Hands-on project teams gather delegates together in small groups under the guidance of mentors to create lasting outcomes which benefit Australia and Indonesia and bring our countries closer together. Delegates are grouped into teams depending on their fields of choice, and over the course of four sessions are tasked with coming up with a solution to a particular problem or challenge chosen by an expert in that field based on delegates’ observations.
